This past weekend I had some anxieties I couldn't put a finger on. Maria gave me a quest: find a hemlock tree that was both wise and humble, sit with my back against it, and ask for its wisdom. What came to me changed my perspective on facing winter.

I began working with Amanita muscaria in 2021 out of an intense need to quit my abusive relationship with cannabis. What started as tiny microdoses in frozen tea cubes became a complete transformation — healing old trauma, building a business, and finding the love of my life.
