Refund policy

Effective Date: July 9, 2025

This policy applies to all purchases made through harmonyacres.love, operated by Farm and Forage LLC, Clarion, Pennsylvania, USA.

1. Returns

Sealed tinctures may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must be unopened and in its original sealed condition.

Tinctures with broken seals are not eligible for return.
Dried mushrooms and herbs are non-returnable due to their nature.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once we receive the returned product in qualifying condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus any original shipping charges.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at no charge provided they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our return process above.

3. Mistakes on Our End

If we send the wrong item or forget part of your order, we will make it right at no cost to you. A corrected package will be sent immediately with free shipping — no need to return the original.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

For domestic orders that arrive damaged or go missing, we will resend the items at no charge. Please provide clear photos of the shipping container, inner packaging, and any visible damage.

For international orders, we are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, confiscated, or damaged in transit. See our Shipping Policy for full international coverage details.

5. Customs & Import Fees

We do not cover customs duties or import fees for international orders. We make every effort to avoid shipping Amanita products to restricted regions and reserve the right to cancel such orders. We are not responsible for packages confiscated by customs authorities.

6. Billing

All transactions are processed via Green Light Payments. Farm and Forage LLC will appear on your credit card statement.
