Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 9, 2025

This policy applies to all subscription and recurring purchase options available through harmonyacres.love, operated by Farm and Forage LLC, Clarion, Pennsylvania, USA. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the terms below.

1. Subscribe & Save Program

Our Subscribe & Save program allows customers to schedule recurring orders for eligible products at a discounted rate off the standard retail price. Discount percentages vary by product and subscription tier and will be clearly displayed at the time of enrollment. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout when a subscription delivery frequency is selected.

Subscription discounts cannot be combined or stacked with any other discount codes, promotions, or offers.

2. Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout. Your payment method on file will be charged at the start of each new billing cycle.

You will receive an email notification before each upcoming charge. Please ensure your payment and shipping information is up to date to avoid fulfillment delays.

3. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Logging into your account at harmonyacres.love and managing your active subscriptions, or
Emailing us at info@harmonyacres.love with your order number and cancellation request.

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellation requests received after a charge has been processed will take effect at the end of that billing cycle.

4. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

No further charges will be made after the current billing cycle ends.
Orders that have already been processed and shipped prior to cancellation are not eligible for refund under this policy. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for applicable options.
Any subscription discount rate will no longer apply to future orders. Future purchases will be processed at standard retail pricing.

5. Skipping or Modifying a Delivery

Rather than cancelling, you may skip an upcoming delivery or modify your order frequency through your account portal. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for that cycle.

6. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, we will attempt to notify you by email. Your subscription may be paused or cancelled if the payment cannot be successfully processed after reasonable retry attempts. We are not responsible for missed deliveries resulting from outdated or invalid payment information.

7. Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel or modify any subscription at our discretion, including in cases where a product becomes unavailable, pricing changes substantially, or a subscription is found to be in violation of our Terms of Service. We will notify you by email if we initiate a cancellation.
