I love the blue lotus tincture! I take it before bedtime, and I get the best sleep and I feel so much better the following day! Prior to using the tincture, I was waking up several times a night and feeling tired the next day. I notice a big difference when I don't use it. Harmony Acres is very reputable, and I will only purchase it here.

Great product; the tincture is calming and exactly what I need when I'm having an anxious day/evening. I recommend putting the tincture in some warm tea, or just directly under the tongue (its got a pucker) Pairs well with a Lavender infused Bubble bath to end a stressful day.
