Hawthorn has been used for over 2,000 years across European and Traditional Chinese herbal medicine, prized for its role in supporting a healthy heart. Modern research has focused on its rich polyphenol and flavonoid content, concentrated in both the fruit and the leaf/flower.

Our tincture is crafted from a 50/50 blend of organic hawthorn berries and organic hawthorn leaf & flower, using a true dual-fraction extraction — a full 95% ethanol extraction followed by a separate full water extraction, combined to capture the broadest range of constituents. Naturally fruity, sweet, and pleasantly bitter.

Contraindications & Precautions:
Hawthorn may interact with heart and blood pressure medications, including digoxin, beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers, and other antihypertensives, potentially increasing their effect.
May increase bleeding tendency; use caution alongside blood thinners or before surgery.
Not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding without physician guidance.
